Can you say "Winning"? Charlie Sheen has just announced that he will be fighting for legal and physical custody of his twin boys with ex Brooke Mueller. You all may have seen during Charlie's breakdown his twins were removed from his home by law enforcement in the middle of the night. Well check this out, Brooke Mueller has apparently relapsed and is refusing to take a drug test...........I'm just saying its funny how the tables turn because Charlie passed his drug tests that were taken at his home early March. Charlie's Lawyer Mark Gross is asking that the judge remove Charlie from his child support responsibilities since Mueller would not be incurring those expenses anymore. How much is Charlie's child support you ask? Try $55,000 a month, I wonder who will be WINNING this custody battle, whats sad is that these kids are going through this tug of war..........check out the pics enjoy !!!!!!!
